So Thankful!

So very thankful for all of Gods blessings. I could write forever on how thankful I am for everything but in this post I am going to concentrate on family. Being blessed with Kiley this year, family has become even more important than ever.

The best blessing I received this year was my daughter, Kiley. I don't how I deserved such an amazing blessing, but I am forever grateful. Everyday I'm so very thankful for this amazing little person. I never understood the true depth of a parents love until Kiley. I'm thankful she makes me smile everyday. I'm thankful for her health. I'm thankful for her bubbly and sweet personality. I'm thankful she loves to cuddle. I'm thankful she is growing and developing perfectly. I'm thankful she is the best little sleeper. I'm thankful she loves to nurse and is such a good eater. I'm thankful she smiles and reaches for me when she sees me. The list for Kiley could go on forever...I'm beyond thankful for my sweet, sweet daughter.

I'm thankful for my family. The last few years things have really changed since my father passed away. Holidays are still very sad for me because I miss him dearly, but I'm so thankful I had such an amazing father. I'm sad he won't be around to see my children grow, but I'm thankful I have an endless supply of stories of my dad to tell Kiley. I'm thankful my mom and dad were amazing supporters, encouragers, challengers, and so involved in my life. I'm thankful for my mother and how compassionate she is. I'm thankful for her positive and cheerful attitude about life no matter the circumstances. I'm thankful for my brother and sister. I'm thankful my family make such an effort to see Kiley. I'm thankful they want to be around her and want to always check in on how she is doing. I'm thankful for my family and all that it entails.

I'm thankful for my in laws and Lews family. I wasn't only blessed with a wonderful husband, but a great family came with him. Lews parents are so genuine and sweet and love Kiley so very much. They have a deep love for the Lord and set a wonderful example of being Godly. I'm thankful for his sisters.Im thankful for His extended family. They are large and extremely tight knit family. It is such a blessing to partake in their traditions and their deep love for one another.

And last but the most important, I am thankful for my husband. Lew is beyond amazing and such a wonderful person inside and out. Lew makes me a better person and I'm lucky to get to spend the rest of my life with him. Lew is a hands-on, fabulous father. He helps out all the time, comes home early on days Kiley puts my mothering skills to the test, always helps with feeding, diaper duty and the list would go on forever. I'm thankful he works so very hard to provide for his family. I'm thankful his hard work allows me to stay home and raise Kiley. I'm thankful for his patience. Im thankful he loves the outdoors, hunting and fishing. I'm thankful he stays true to who he is and is so very humble. I'm thankful he would do absolutely anything for his family and loves us to the moon and back. I'm beyond thankful and forever grateful for my husband, Lewis.
